Our Lady of Sorrows Church, Ja-Ela, has stood at the heart of this town since 1801 — its history so entwined with Ja-Ela’s own that the town’s railway station, and its name, trace back to the crowds the church’s historic Good Friday Passion Play once drew.
Today it remains a living community of faith, prayer, and celebration for all who call this parish home.
